ACCOUNT MANAGER

 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to oversee the management and growth of our app and website assets. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through effective management of all assets. A solid understanding of USA sports and the ability to leverage that knowledge for promotional purposes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement partner marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
    • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
    • Resolve any issues or disputes that arise with partners in a timely and professional manner.

Relationship Building and Account Management:

    • Build and nurture strong relationships with partners, serving as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.
    • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with partners, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure affiliate needs are met and that our app and website assets align with affiliate marketing strategies.

Promotional Activities:

    • Leverage your knowledge of USA sports to develop and execute targeted promotional campaigns to increase app and website traffic, user engagement, and conversions.
    • Stay updated on sports events, news, and trends to identify opportunities for timely and relevant promotions.
    • Coordinate with partners to create compelling marketing content, such as articles, videos, and social media posts, that align with their audience and promote our app and website assets.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of affiliate marketing initiatives.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and present regular reports to management, summarizing affiliate performance, revenue generated, and future opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably in the digital marketing or affiliate marketing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of USA sports and a passion for the industry.
  • Familiarity with app and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and affiliate tracking platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with affiliates.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.

MOTION DESIGNER

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Creating and delivering motion graphics for various media
  • Working with art and creative teams to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design
  • Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
Key Requirements:
  • You have prior experience as a Motion Graphics Designer as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects
  • You possess strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools
  • You have a keen eye for design and aesthetics
  • You are well-organized and can prioritize effectively
  • You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas
  • You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Enthusiasm and knowledge of industry.
  • More than 3 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Portfolio of sample projects.

GAME DESIGNER

Game Designer responsibilities include developing game mechanics and features, game monetization and ensuring
the quality of the final product.Ultimately, you will work with various departments and teams to help define,
produce and publish games for our company.
Responsibilities:
  • Creating innovative games and mechanics.
  • Conceptualizing and developing characters, rules, settings and stories for new games.
  • Pitching new game ideas to executives and clients.
  • Prototyping new games.
  • Following industry trends and good practices.
  • Developing design and gaming protocols.
  • Developing game monetization.
  • Monitoring game monetization.
  • QA.
Requirements:
  • Enthusiasm and knowledge of industry.
  • More than 3 years of experience in relevant field.
